You retain full intellectual property ownership and copyrights of all prompts, parameters, questions, answers, and synthesized outputs created in your Prompt AI workspace.
Prompt AI does not claim ownership or rights over any content generated or optimized through the platform. Your prompt configurations are entirely yours.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prompt AI does not guarantee that prompt outputs will always behave predictably or fit specific production requirements, as LLM responses can naturally vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
Prompt AI offers a "Pro" subscription tier available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer billing portal.
Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. The only exception to this policy is for automatic refunds triggered by our fraud prevention systems (e.g., Stripe Early Fraud Warnings).
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and cancel any active subscriptions without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, initiating chargebacks or triggering Stripe Early Fraud Warnings.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
